Instrument Panel: Notes

NOTE: If removing the instrument panel, follow Steps 1 through 3. Otherwise proceed to Step 4.

Remove the A-pillar trim panels and cowl side trim panels. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM PANELS .
Remove the floor console. For additional information, refer to FLOOR CONSOLE - FRONT .
Depower the supplemental restraint system (SRS). For additional information, refer to DISABLING SYSTEM .

Remove the components in the order indicated in the following illustration and table. To remove individual components, only carry out the listed steps.
