Compass Zone Adjustment

- Determine which magnetic zone you are in for your geographic location.
- Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
- Press the message center switch INFO button until the compass information is displayed.
- Press the RESET button until RESET FOR ZONE is displayed in the message center display.
- Press the RESET button until SETUP ZONE XX is displayed in the message center display.
- Press the SETUP button repeatedly until the correct zone setting for your geographic location is displayed.
- Press the RESET button to exit the zone setting mode and lock your individual zone.
NOTE:
The compass zone setting is preset from the factory to Zone 8.
NOTE:
To exit the compass zone adjustment mode before carrying out a compass zone adjustment, press the INFO button.
