Transmission Range Sensor: Removal

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove air cleaner outlet tube. Remove shift cable, bracket nut and control cable front clamp. See Figure . Remove manual control lever nut and manual control lever. Disconnect Transmission Range (TR) sensor harness connector. Remove 2 TR sensor retaining bolts and remove TR sensor.
