SERVICE PROCEDURE

1. Re-flash the PCM to the latest calibration, 3U7A-12A650-GAA. Use one (1) of the following two (2) methods:

^ Worldwide Diagnostic System (WDS), with the software release B33 or later.

^ New Generation STAR (NGS) Tester with Rotunda Flash Cable (077-00531) and Rotunda Flash Card (007-00532). The calibration must be downloaded to a flash card using the WDS with the software release B33 or later.

NOTE:
In order to use either WDS or NGS, you must open a session using "BLANK PATH" to ID the vehicle using WDS with the PCM Part Number "3F1A-12A650-RB" or catchword "RXR1".

When entering MCP, select Module Reprogramming and not PMI in order to update the vehicle to the correct calibration.

2. Authorized Modifications Label or the Vehicle Emission Recall - Proof of Correction Label are not required for this program.

IF UNABLE TO REPROGRAM THE PCM:

^ PCM replacement will not be covered under this program.

^ Prior to disconnecting the WDS from the vehicle and closing the session, call the Special Support Center.
