Removal & Installation

Remove the engine appearance cover. Remove the components in the order indicated. See Fig 1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Removal Notes

1. Item 3: EGR System Module Removal Note
   
   Remove the vacuum harness. See Fig 2. Disconnect the EGR system module-to-exhaust manifold tube from the EGR system module. See Fig 3.
2. Item 5: Intake Manifold Removal Note
   
   Remove the intake manifold. See INTAKE MANIFOLD  under AIR INDUCTION SYSTEMS.

Installation Notes

1. Item 5: Intake Manifold Installation Note
   
   Install the intake manifold. See INTAKE MANIFOLD  under AIR INDUCTION SYSTEMS.
2. Item 3: EGR System Module Installation Note
   
   Connect the EGR system module-to-exhaust manifold tube to the EGR system module. See Fig 3. Install the vacuum harness. See Fig 2.
