Normal Operation
The driver/passenger climate controlled seat module communicates with the scan tool through the universal asynchronous receiver-transmitter (UART)-based protocol (UBP) network. Circuit 2077 (PK/LB) provides the network connection to the driver/passenger climate controlled seat module. The driver/passenger climate controlled seat module shares the UBP network with the driver seat module (DSM) and the electronic automatic temperature control (EATC) module. Voltage for the driver/passenger climate controlled seat module is provided by circuit 294 (WH/LB). Circuit 1205 (BK) provides ground.
