- Use a straight edge and a feeler gauge to inspect the cylinder block for flatness.
- For additional information, refer to SPECIFICATIONS .
- If out of specification, install a new short block assembly. Refer to ENGINE - 2.3L , ENGINE - 3.0L (4V) or ENGINE - 3.5L .
