P062F - Internal Control Module EEPROM Error - DTC Chart

P062F - INTERNAL CONTROL MODULE EEPROM ERROR - DTC CHART

Description: 
This DTC sets when the PCM read only memory (ROM) has been corrupted.
Possible Causes: 
  • PCMRC circuit open
  • PCMRC circuit short to ground
  • VPWR circuit open
  • VPWR circuit short to voltage
  • PCM reprogramming
  • Aftermarket performance products
  • PCM programming error
  • PCM internal software error
  • Damaged PCM
  • Damaged PCM power relay
Diagnostic Aids: 
Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory 
All GO to Pinpoint Test Y .
