Rear Frame Structure and Powertrain: Installation

NOTE: Install lower cooling hoses prior to attaching frame structure to body.
Position the powertrain and frame structure and install the lower coolant hoses.
- Install the RH heater hose.
- To complete installation, reverse the removal steps.
- Refill the cooling system and pressure test cooling system for leaks. Refer to: Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
- Follow module programming steps as required. Refer to: Module Programming .
- Refill brake fluid and bleed brake system. Refer to: Brake System Pressure Bleeding .
- Bleed the hydraulic system. Refer to: Power Steering System Bleeding .
- Recharge the A/C system. Refer to: Refrigerant Oil Adding . Refer to: Air Conditioning (A/C) System Recovery, Evacuation and Charging .
