System Logic

The WACM will directly send a charge status message over the HS-CAN3 to the APIM. The signal the APIM receives from the WACM includes information about the state of the WACM: ChargeNotInProgress, ChargeInProgress, Metal ObjectDetected. These are used for the FCIM display messages.
