Lighting And Siren Control Module: Removal

Main lighting and siren module 

  1. Remove the bolts and the loadspace floor panel.

    Torque: 16 lb.ft (22 Nm)

  2. Disconnect the lighting and siren control module electrical connectors.

  3. Remove the push pins and the lighting and siren control module and bracket assembly.

  4. Remove the nuts and bolts and separate the lighting and siren control module from the bracket.

    Torque: 71 lb.in (8 Nm)

    Traffic control flashing LED (light emitting diode) control module 

  5. Remove the bolts and the loadspace floor panel.

    Torque: 16 lb.ft (22 Nm)

    1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
    2. Remove the bolts and the traffic control flashing LED control module

      Torque: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)
