Front Wheel Speed Sensor: Removal

NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
- Remove the wheel and tire. Refer to: Wheel and Tire .
- Remove the pin-type retainer and position the fender splash shield aside.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.

NOTE: Route the wheel speed sensor harness as shown or contact with the wheel may occur causing damage to the harness.
Detach the wiring retainers.

NOTE: Make sure that the sensor housing area is clean and free of foreign material before the sensor is removed.
Using compressed air, clean the sensor housing area.
- Remove the bolt and the front wheel speed sensor.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)
