Some Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) may inhibit Air Conditioning (A/C) operation. If any Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are retrieved, diagnose those first. Refer to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Chart.

| The air inlet door is inoperative | GO to Pinpoint Test I |
| Incorrect or erratic direction of airflow from outlets | GO to Pinpoint Test J |
