Spray Pattern Test
- Completely close tester shut off valve to pressure gauge. Insert end of nozzle into container that permits observation and protection. See Figure.
- Depress tester lever abruptly and quickly. Spray pattern should have a tight, evenly shaped conical pattern which is well atomized. The pattern should be similar in shape to the nozzle axis. Replace any nozzle assembly which does not meet specifications.
