Test 106C - Body Control Module Battery Power Supply

CAUTION:
Always turn ignition off prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.
NOTE:

section at the end of this article. Perform TEST VER-1B after each repair.
- Ensure all lamps are off. Close all doors except left front door. Hold left front door ajar switch closed. Go to next step.
- Using scan tool in ohmmeter mode, check resistance of IOD fuse connector (Pink wire). If resistance is less than 5 ohms, repair short to ground in Pink wire and replace IOD fuse. If resistance is more than 5 ohms, go to next step.
- Reconnect BCM Blue connector. Check resistance of IOD fuse connector (Pink wire). If resistance is more than 5 ohms, replace IOD fuse. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, replace BCM.
