Power Circuits

  1. Connect negative voltmeter lead to chassis ground and positive lead to PCM harness connector terminal No. 3. See Fig 1 . If battery voltage does not exist, repair open circuit between PCM and power distribution center. See appropriate WIRING DIAGRAM in the WIRING DIAGRAMS  section.
  2. Turn ignition on. Connect negative voltmeter lead to chassis ground and positive lead to PCM harness connector terminal No. 9. See Fig 1 . If battery voltage does not exist, repair open circuit between PCM and ignition switch. See appropriate WIRING DIAGRAM in the WIRING DIAGRAMS  section.
