Section 167 (Cruise Control System): Description

The speed (cruise) control system is electronically controlled and vacuum operated. System is electronically controlled by Powertrain Control Module (PCM). System consists of PCM, servo, speed control switch, vacuum reservoir, Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS), brake switch and Park/Neutral (P/N) switch (automatic transmission). System controls are located on the steering wheel and consist of ON/OFF, RESUME/ACCEL, and SET/DECEL or SET/COAST buttons.
