Installation Procedure

Install the 36 volt negative battery cable (2) to the ground stud and the generator battery.
Install the 36 volt negative battery cable clip (1) to the generator battery carrier bracket.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the 36 volt negative battery cable ground nut (8).
Tighten: Tighten the nut to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
Connect the hybrid battery. Refer to Hybrid Battery Service Disconnect/Connect .
