Installation Procedure

Install the front end discriminating sensor (1).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the front end discriminating sensor - right fasteners (3).
Tighten: Tighten the fasteners to 8 N.m (71 lb in).
Install the front end discriminating sensor - right electrical connector (2).
Enable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 1 .
