Removal Procedure

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  3. Remove the left front tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  4. Remove the 3 brake pressure modulator valve (BPMV) bracket nuts.

  6. Remove the 4 BPMV bolts.
  7. Carefully lift the BPMV assembly and support the assembly.
  8. Remove the bracket from the vehicle.
