Removal Procedure

Fig 1: Identifying Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (BPMV) Bracket & Nuts

Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
Remove the left front tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
Remove the 3 brake pressure modulator valve (BPMV) bracket nuts.

Remove the 4 BPMV bolts.
Carefully lift the BPMV assembly and support the assembly.
Remove the bracket from the vehicle.
