Forward Range Radar Module Replacement (Chevrolet / GMC)

Preliminary Procedure Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (GMC)Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Chevrolet) . If replacing the forward range radar module bracket, remove the front bumper impact bar. Refer to Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement (GMC)Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement (Chevrolet)Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement (Cadillac) .
1	Forward Range Radar Module Fastener CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
2	Forward Range Radar Module Fasteners (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 85 N.m (63 lb ft)
3	Forward Range Radar Module Bracket NOTE: The forward range radar module bracket does not require removal to replace the module. Inspect the bracket for damage and replace as required.
4	Forward Range Radar Module Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the module beginning with the lower ball socket. Carefully lift the module away from bracket using the appropriate tool. For programming and set up, refer to Control Module References .
