Circuit/System Verification

  1. Verify that DTC C0545 is not set.
    • If the DTC is set 
      NOTE:

      Check the torque sensor terminal connections for signs of corrosion or damage. Before reconnecting the torque sensor, verify if the harness has dielectric grease (Nyogel) applied. If so, do not add additional grease.

      Replace the steering gear.

    • Go to next step: If the DTC is not set 
  2. All OK.
