Installation Procedure
Install the generator. (2)
- Generator Bolt (1) Install and tighten [2X] 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
Battery Positive Cable (3) - Install
- Generator Nut (2) - Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
- Generator Terminal Protective Boot (1) - Install
- Connect the electrical connector. (4)
Drive Belt (2) - Install - Drive Belt Replacement
Charge Air Cooler Outlet Duct (3) - Install - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Duct Replacement
Intake Manifold Cover (3) - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
- Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
