Installation Procedure

    O-Ring(2) - Install NEW

  2. Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module(1) - Install

    Fuel Tank Vent Hose(3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  4. Transfer Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  5. Electrical Connector(1) - Connect

    Fuel Pump Lock Ring(1) - Install - CH 52075  Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench

    Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose(4) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  8. Fuel Tank Vent Hose(3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  9. Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  10. Electrical Connector (1) - Connect [3x]
  11. Fuel Tank - Install - Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD) , or Fuel Tank Replacement (FWD)
