Removal Procedure
- Using the scan tool, deflate the automatic level control air supply reservoir.
With the aid of an assistant, remove the fascia. (1) Rear Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation
Remove the rear cradle, and electric drive transmission module assembly (1) from the vehicle. Rear Suspension Cradle Removal and Installation
Remove the air intake line (1) from the body grommet.
- Remove the 6 air line retaining clips (2).
Remove the 2 air line retaining clips (1).
- Disconnect the 2 electrical connectors (2).
- Remove the 5 air line nuts (3) from the air suspension controller.
Automatic Level Control Air Compressor Bolt (1) - Remove
- Automatic Level Control Air Compressor Nut (2) - Remove [2x]
Automatic Level Control Module (1) - Remove
NOTE:
Service mode will be automatically enabled when the ride height sensors detect the vehicle has been lifted off the ground. Service mode will automatically be disabled when the vehicle reaches 16 km/h (10 MPH).
NOTE:
The air lines and air suspension controller are color coded to aid with installation.
