Removal Procedure

  1. Fuel Tank - Remove - Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD)

    Disconnect the electrical connectors. (1)

  3. Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  4. Fuel Tank Vent Hose (3) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  5. Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (4) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Sender Cam (1) - Remove - use CH-52075  Fuel Pump Lock Ring Wrench (2)

    Disconnect the electrical connector. (1)

  8. Fuel Tank Vent Hose (2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  9. Fuel Sender (3) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) - Remove

  11. Fuel Pump Seal (2) - Remove and DISCARD
