Installation Procedure

    Fuel Pump Seal (2) - Install NEW

  2. Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) - Install

    Fuel Sender (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  4. Fuel Tank Vent Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  5. Connect the electrical connector. (1)

    Fuel Sender Cam (1) - Install - use CH-52075  Fuel Pump Lock Ring Wrench (2)

    Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (4) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  8. Fuel Tank Vent Hose (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  9. Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  10. Connect the electrical connectors. (1)
  11. Fuel Tank - Install - Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD)
