Front Alignment

When using a wheel alignment tester to check the alignment of the wheels, make sure that the vehicle is horizontal and the front wheels are pointing straight ahead. Make sure that the suspension and steering equipment are normal, the wheels are straight.

Item Description
A-B < 0 Positive (+) toe (toe in)
A-B > 0 Negative (-) toe (toe out)
NOTE:
  • Toe-in adjustment should be made by turning the right and left tie rods with the same torque
  • When adjusting toe-in, loosen the outer bellows clip to prevent the bellows clip from being twisted.
  • After the adjustment, tighten the tie rod end lock nuts firmly and reinstall the bellows clip.
  • Adjust each toe-into be within the range of ±0.1°.
