Smart Key Unit

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
Remove the crash pad lower panel after loosening the mounting screws.
(Refer to Body - "CRASH PAD LOWER PANEL ")
Disconnect the connector (A) from smart key unit, BCM and tilt & telescopic unit.

Remove the stop lamp switch of brake pedal.
(Refer to Brake System - "BRAKE PEDAL ")
Remove the front smart junction box.
(Refer to Fuse And Relays - "RELAY BOX (PASSENGER COMPARTMENT) ")
Remove the smart key (A) and BCM unit (B) after loosening bolt and nuts.
