Repair Procedures: Replacement

Turn ignition switch OFF and then disconnect the battery (-) cable.
Remove the manual transmission assembly.
(Refer to Manual Transmission System - "MANUAL TRANSMISSION ")
Disconnect the neutral switch connector (A).
Tightening torque :

29.4 - 34.3 N.m (3.0 - 3.5 kgf.m, 21.7 - 25.3 lb-ft)

Remove the wiring bracket (A) and the neutral switch (B).

To install, reverse the removal procedures.
NOTE:
- When replace the neutral switch use a new gasket.
