DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check LIN message from EWP
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Faulty LIN communication line
  3. Faulty EWP circuit
  4. Faulty EWP
Enable Condition
  • Battery voltage is greater than 9V
  • Delay time after engine running on is more than 2 seconds
Threshold Value
  • Abnormal message received from EWP
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
MIL ON Condition
  • No MIL (DTC only)
