Repair Procedures: Replacement

CAUTION:
  • Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
NOTE:
  • When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
  • When removing the interior trim pieces, use a plastic panel removal tool not to damage the surface.
  • Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
  1. Remove the floor console assembly

    (Refer to floor console- "FLOOR CONSOLE ASSEMBLY ")

  2. Remove the floor console upper cover

    (Refer to floor console- "FLOOR CONSOLE ASSEMBLY ")

  3. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the rear console cover (A).

  4. Detach the rear air conditioning controller connector (A).

  5. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the rear floor console side cover (A).

  6. Loosening the screws, remove the rear air vent (A).

  7. Loosening the screws, remove rear the air duct mounting bracket (A).

  9. Loosening the screws, remove the floor console cover (A).

  10. Loosen the mounting screws, remove the cover (A).

  11. Detach the connectors (A).

  12. Loosening the screws, remove the DVRS unit (A).

  14. Loosening the screws, remove the console armrest assembly (A).

  15. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

    Information 

    • Make sure the connector is connected properly.
    • Replace any damage clips.
