DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Conditions for setting DTC Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check LIN communication
  1. WMM* LIN line open/poor connection
  2. WMM* LIN line short to battery
  3. WMM* LIN line short to ground
  4. LIN communication line protocol error from electrical noise
Enable Conditions
  • IG key "ON"
Threshold Value
  • WMM*'s LIN data is not received
Diagnostic Time
  • Immediately
DTC Erasing
  • Erased DTC after solved problem
NOTE: WMM*: "WIPER MOTOR"
IBU*: "IBU CONTROL MODULE"
