Repair Procedures: Reassembly

Install the insulator, strut bearing, coil spring and upper pad at the shock upsorber.
Using the spring compressor, compress the coil spring (A).
Do not compress the spring more than necessary.

NOTE:
- When assembling the coil spring, install it so that the gap between the upper/lower ends (A) and the pad stoppers (B) is within 3 mm.

Using the SST (0K546-F6100), install the self locking nut.
NOTE:
- Do not reuse the self locking nut.
Tightening torque:

107.8 - 117.7 N.m (11.0 - 12.0 kgf.m, 79.6 - 86.8 lb-ft)
