Heated Steering Wheel: Inspection
- Measure the resistance of NTC and Heated pad.
NTC resistance - 10.0 kΩ ± 3% (25°C)
Heated pad resistance - 1.90Ω ± 0.2Ω (22°C ±1°C)
- Measure the temperature.
- The temperature of wheel surface must rise from -20°C to 20°C in 6 minutes.
- The temperature of wheel surface must reach 38°C in 25 minutes.
- 1 to 8 All measuring points.
