DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN message monitoring
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Faulty P-CAN communication circuit
  3. Faulty ESC
  4. Faulty ECM
Enable Condition
  • Engine speed higher than 32 RPM (engine running)
  • Battery voltage higher than 10V
  • Delay time after ignition switch on is more than 1 second
Threshold Value
  • Abnormal message received from TCS (ESC)
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
