Repair Procedures: Installation

Install the H-track frame assembly (A).

Tightening torque: 44.1 - 58.8 N.m (4.5 - 6.0 kgf.m, 32.5 - 43.4 lb-ft)

NOTE:

When installing the H-track frame assembly, tighten the bolts by matching the mounting position.
(Bolt or Loctite color is different for each mounting position)

Remove the provided front seat under cover (A) by loosening the screws

NOTE:
- The under cover provided to the H-track frame is to prevent the twisting of the H-track frame.
- The under cover provided to the H-track frame is an interchangeable part and does not require separate replacement and can be used as a replacement part if it is broken or damaged during repair.
  - It is unnecessary to separate the connectors, etc of the parts attached to the under cover.
Install the front seat under cover (A) fitted with the various connectors, controllers and wirings.

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE:
- After replacing the H-track frame, reset (initialization) the seat limit setting.
  (Refer to the Front seat H-track frame assembly - "RESETTING SEAT LIMIT SETTINGS ")
