Throttle Body: Remove/Install/Overhaul: Installation

1. Install new throttle body base gasket on intake manifold. Install throttle body and tighten mounting bolts to 14-20 ft. lbs. (18-28 N.m).
   NOTE: On models with automatic transmission, ensure fuel heater plate is installed under throttle body.
2. Connect fuel feed pipe with new "O" ring. Tighten fuel feed pipe bolts to 71-106 INCH lbs. (8-12 N.m). Connect fuel return line to fuel pressure regulator.
3. To check for fuel leaks, plug in connector "A" to control relay. Ensure ignition is off, connect jumper wire between Pink/Black and Black/White wires of relay. See Fig 1 . Turn ignition on, with engine off. This will activate fuel pump. If no leaks, install remaining components. Refill cooling system.
