Power Steering Pump: Disassembly

  1. Remove hose connector fitting and "O" rings. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 . Remove flow control valve assembly and spring. Remove pulley and pressure switch. Remove end cover bolt, end cover and "O" ring.

  2. Remove cam ring, rotor snap ring, rotor and rotor vanes. Remove pump shaft. Remove oil seal.
