Preliminary Inspection

Before performing electrical testing using diagnostic flow charts, ensure basic inspection of fuses, harness connectors and physical damage have been made. When using the following diagnostic flow charts to pinpoint a faulty component or circuit, start with ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC CHECK. The charts may also be used in conjunction with any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) displayed from CRUISE indicator light.
