Stator Test

  1. Using an ohmmeter, check stator leads for continuity. See Fig 1 (STEP 1). If continuity does not exist between stator leads, replace drive end frame assembly.
  2. Check for continuity between stator leads and stator core. See Fig 1 (STEP 2). If continuity exists, replace drive end frame assembly.
