Vacuum Switch C

  1. Disconnect the vacuum hose number 15 to vacuum switch C and connect a hand vacuum pump to the hose. Apply vacuum to switch.
  2. Check for voltage at Black/Red wire (1500) of the vacuum switch C.
  3. Voltage should be available when a vacuum below 3.0 in. Hg (Calif. 1500), 6.0 in. Hg (Fed. 1500) is applied. If there is no voltage, replace the vacuum switch C and retest.
