Vacuum Switch B

  1. Disconnect the vacuum hose to vacuum switch B and connect a hand vacuum pump to the hose. Apply vacuum to switch.
  2. Check for voltage at Black/Red wire (1300 models) or Black/Orange wire (1500 models) of the vacuum switch B.
  3. Voltage should be available when a vacuum below 2.0 in. Hg (1300 models) or below 1.2 in. Hg (1500 models) is applied. If there is no voltage, replace the vacuum switch B and retest.
