Oxygen Sensor

The O2 sensor, by detecting oxygen content of exhaust gas, maintains a stoichiometric air/fuel ratio. During closed loop operation, ECU receives signals from the O2 sensor and adjusts fuel injector pulse time. O2 sensor is mounted in exhaust manifold.
