Starter Switch Signal

Plug system checker harness between ECU and connector. Turn ignition switch to START position. Connect voltmeter positive probe to terminal B13 (Blue/Red wire) and negative probe to terminal A18 (Black/Red wire). Battery voltage should be present at connector. If battery voltage is not present, check for blown starter fuse or an open circuit in Blue/Red wire (Blue/White wire on CRX Si) between starter signal fuse and ECU.
