Mode Control Switch Test

Remove heater control panel. Check for continuity between specified terminals of heater control panel connector. See MODE CONTROL SWITCH TEST table. See Fig 1 . If continuity does not exist, replace heater control panel.

Vent (Face) 13 & 7
Bi-Level (Face/Foot) 13 & 16
Heat (Foot) 13 & 15
Heat/Defrost (Floor/Windshield) 13 & 14
Defrost (Windshield) 13 & 3
