DTC Symptom Possible Cause Note
1 Slide switch circuit malfunction (FORWARD/BACKWARD) Faulty power seat adjustment switch, or power seat control unit
2 Recline switch circuit malfunction (FORWARD/BACKWARD) Faulty power seat adjustment switch, or power seat control unit
3 Front up-down switch circuit malfunction (UP/DOWN) Faulty power seat adjustment switch, or power seat control unit
4 Rear up-down switch circuit malfunction (UP/DOWN) Faulty power seat adjustment switch, or power seat control unit
24 Slide switch circuit malfunction (FORWARD) Faulty power seat adjustment switch, or power seat control unit
25 Slide switch circuit malfunction (BACKWARD) Faulty power seat adjustment switch, or power seat control unit
26 Recline switch circuit malfunction (FORWARD) Faulty power seat adjustment switch, or power seat control unit
27 Recline switch circuit malfunction (BACKWARD) Faulty power seat adjustment switch, or power seat control unit
