Radio Remote Switch Test

Remove the driver's airbag assembly (see DRIVER'S AIRBAG REPLACEMENT ).
Disconnect the 13P connector (A) from the cable reel (B).

Measure resistance between the No. 11 and No. 12 terminals in each switch position according to the table shown in Fig 2 .

If the resistance is not as specified, replace the radio remote switch.
Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table shown in Fig 3 .

If the continuity check is not as specified, replace the switch.
