Condenser fan run's but radiator fan does not run when the engine coolant temperature is above 199°F (93°C), but both fans run with the A/C ON and when the engine coolant temperature above 210°F (99°C).	Remove the radiator fan control relay, and test it. See FAN CONTROL RELAY under COMPONENT TESTS. If the relay is faulty, replace it. If the relay is OK, repair a short in the wire between fan control relay 5-pin connector, terminal No. 1 and condenser fan motor 2-pin connector, terminal No. 1.

The condenser fan does not run at all. The radiator fan does not run at low speed when the engine coolant temperature is above 199°F (93°C), but radiator fan runs at high speed with A/C ON and when the engine coolant temperature above 210°F (99°C).
