Countershaft Speed Sensor Replacement

Output Shaft (Countershaft) Speed Sensor Replacement
1. Disconnect output shaft (countershaft) speed sensor connector.





2. Remove the bolt securing the output shaft (countershaft) speed sensor, then remove the output shaft (countershaft) speed sensor (A) from the transmission housing.
3. Install the new O-ring (B) on the output shaft (countershaft) speed sensor, then install the output shaft (countershaft) speed sensor in the transmission housing. Do not allow dust or foreign particles to enter the transmission.
4. Check for rust, dirt, or oil, then connect the connector securely.
